The operation of the university has also been affected by its failure to embrace technology in its various aspects leading to complaints from both the staff and the students. Despite the challenges being experienced, the university still has some strength in terms of the human resources. One of the strengths is the emphasis on quality and the open door policy that has allowed for and encouraged open communication.
